Since our beginning in 2004, your satisfaction with Tote 'Ems has been our highest priority.  Great care goes into each Tote'Ems, from the selection of our high quality, stylish fabrics, to the construction of your special tote, and its final delivery to you or your gift recipient. 

If a tote is in stock, it will ship within 48 hours.  Please allow 7-14 days for a  Custom Order Tote 'Ems to be created for you.  For large orders, you should email us for an estimated time of delivery.  Shipping charges are based on standard shipping delivery unless otherwise specified by you. 

International shoppers:  please contact us for shipping charges.  Items shipped from the U.S. to Canada or other non-U.S. locations may incur taxes or duties and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept Paypal payments through major credit cards.  Paypal membership is not necessary.  All prices are in US dollars. 

If you prefer to pay via money order or cashier's check, please email us for more information.

We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS/FedEx for large orders.   

 Return Policy

 Your satisfaction has always been our main priority.  We hope you are happy with your purchases but if you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we will give you instructions on how to return the package to us.  The item must be returned in its original condition, including tags, and we will give you a refund or an exchange.  Shipping charges are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to return the package to us.  We highly recommend that you request delivery confirmation when returning an item to us.
